Description
Eucalyptus dives belongs to the Eucalyptus subgenus Eucalyptus section Aromatica (the peppermints). Commonly referred to as the Broad-leaved Peppermint, it is known to exist in several chemical forms. It is the piperitone-rich chemotype, cherished for its spicy herbaceous and peppermint-like aroma, Golden Grove Naturals offers. Piperitone, a natural monoterpene ketone, is also used as the principal raw material for the production of menthol.
