Golden Grove is presently involved in a project to restore 1.5km of strategic koala habitat corridors and improve 1.25km of riparian vegetation in the lower Richmond River catchment.

This jointly funded project will establish over 12,000 new plants and restoration activities in degraded remnant vegetation across 10 hectares. During the initial planning phase, linkages to other habitat areas have been determined to guide the selection of strategic corridors.

Joining initial sites with other significant habitat areas will reduce koala group fragmentation and assist biodiversity movements.
